Happy Saturday!
My mom LUVS to watch the sunsets when she is visiting her family in Iowa. Here are a couple of pictures she took while she was out at her uncle's farm a few weeks ago and she wanted to shares them with you. Mom will post more Iowa pictures later, but only if I let's her because let's face it, this bloggie is suppose to be all about me....right? ;o)
Looking west...
...looking east, that same night.
Note from mom: The moon rise picture was a bonus. Most of the time I am fixated on the sunsets, but this night I remembered that there was a full moon too. I am happy that I turned around to look.
Don't worry, I will be back tomorrow!

ReplyDeleteThat sunset is beautiful, but that moon is something else. It's ginormous! No wonder alien spaceships like to land out in the country. With a moon like that you don't need landing lights.

Stunning! It's a long time since I've seen a sunset like that here!
ReplyDeleteMoms are weird like that. Our Mom is always taking pictures of the sky, sun rises, sunsets and clouds. Oh well, she takes lots of pictures of us, too, s it's OK.
