Just A Reminder

Hi Everyone !
I know that all of my bloggie furiend's peoples are well aware of the dangers of leaving us pups (and kittehs) inside a car, especially on hot sunny days, but it never hurts to remind us all just how bad it can be...
Last week my new furiend Lucy Lou and her mom posted this picture on their bloggie to remind us of how dangerous it is for pups (and kittehs) to be left inside of cars on hot days. I told her mom that I would post the picture this week to help spread the word.
We gots the picture from the website mydogiscool.com, there is lots of neat stuff there, go visit and see. :)

Stay cool and out of parked cars!
Woofs and Licks,
Maggie Mae

PeeS If you has not met sweet Lucy Lou please go say hi to hers, she is one of the most cutie patootie boxer baby girls ever. :)

PeeSS I am having a problem with Blogger today, some of your comments are not showing up on my bloggie and most my comments are not showing up on any of your bloggies.
I hopes that the Blogger peoples fix this soon...I miss everybodys!

  1. Good Mornin',
Thanks fur da reminder. I always thought hoomans couldn't lives without a brain but everday they be provin' me wrong again and again.
I went and said hellos to you friend.

  2. You are so right, Maggie Mae. It's seriouly dangerous in a hot car and no dog - or human puppy - should ever be left in one. It's amazing how some pawple don't THINK.

    wags, Lola

  3. Maggie Mae what a good public service announcement. Mom and I have yet to understand the mentality or lack there of of people who leave any breathing thing in a hot car. Mom gets on her very tall soapbox when she hears these bad stories she says the person that does deserves the exact treatment. BTW you are looking very pretty today as per usual. We'll head over to visit Lucy now.
    Hugs Madi and Mom

  4. Thanks for the reminder. Our Mom doesn't even leave us in the car when it's cold out. She is afraid someone will break in and take us! She's a bit silly. But, it is very bad to leave us doggies in the car when it's hot out. We have heard bad stories of that... and people leaving their 2-legger kids in there! Yikes!
    ~Milly and Shelby

  5. It is dangerous for all animals to be left in cars -- unless they leave them running with the air conditioner on FULL blast!

  6. Hi Maggie Mae,

That is a very good reminder for all peoples. I wish everybuddy could remember that. Cuz it seems pretty simple to me.

I will go say hi to Lucy Lou!

Oh, and I hopes this comment makes it onto your bloggie. If it does, maybe it's cuz I'm on Wordpress. If it doesn't, well, I'll be back later to try again.

    Wiggles & Wags,

  7. Maggie Mae,
comments aren't showing up on blogger but you can at least get them through your email. Nobuddies is showing up.

  8. Maggie Mae...well I don't remember exactly what I said the first time...that didn't come through but anyway...I know I said you were beautiful and I 100% agree with today's post!!! Anyone who leaves an animal in a hot car well there isn't severe enough punishment.
    Madi and Mom

  9. Thanks for the reminder for the hoomans, Maggie!!

    Woofs and Kisses!

  11. Excellent reminder Maggie Mae, it could save a lot of lives!
I left you 5 comments today, you didn't receive it? Bad Blogger today!
Oh I was just kidding, hope you could receive this message. I'll go say hi to Lucy Lou now!

  12. Great PSA!

When it is this hot, I know I'm not going with Mom if she runs out to the store -

PLUS, I didn't even get a walk 'til after 9pm last night when the temp FINALLY dropped below 85 -

  13. Tanks for posting dis, Maggie Mae! And tanks for sending all dos new puppy pals our way! I just luvs makin new friends...

    Wiggles & Giggles,
    Lucy Lou

  14. Nothing that lives or breathes should be left in cars when it is hot outside - nothing - not even for a nanosecond!

  15. We don't get to go bye bye unless we are going to Grandma's house.

    Smileys & Snuggles!
    Dory, Bilbo and Jacob

  16. You are right to remind peeps about how hot cars can be. We cant handle the heat and are best left home alone so we dont suffer. Just last year a Policeman was sacked for leaving his two Policedogs in a car for two hours. The dogs died. That's how dangerous it it.

On a more humorous note, we loved todays piccy with "HI". It is just so Maggie Mae, big, bouncy and fun.

  17. With the current heat wave, that's a timely reminder!

  18. Very good remeinder Miss Maggie Mae...our mom goes in stores and has the manager make announcements over the loud speakers when she sees pups left in hot cars...Hoomans can be so forgetful sometimes!
    Licks and sniffs,
    Zack, Sassy and Buddy

  19. You are soooo very right Maggie Mae!

We don't understand why anyone would want to leave us in the car. The best thing about going for a ride in the car is fun places that you get to go. It's no fun just sitting.

    Lots of Luv & Kisses
    Addie, Lucie and Hailey

  20. hi maggie wiggle butt mae~! :)
