    My weekend is going to be spent volunteering with the Etowah Valley Humane Society in Georgia where I live. Tomorrow I'm working at an adoption event. Paws crossed for new homes for everyone! Teary eyed. I love great adoption stories.

    Have fun relaxing! We're so glad your ear is much better now. Cousin Highway had to go to the vet again today because now they think he might have a urinary tract infection...if it's not one thing, it's another!

    It is just so darn hot here, Maggie Mae, that we really don't care if we don't do anything either. We have been snoozing in the a/c all day, and maybe hoping for a walk if it cools off later.

    Lots of relaxing for me too! Yesterday Mom took my foster sister Vivian to a pet fair to try to find her a home, so Cinderella and I hung out at home. It's too darned HOT to do much.
