Fotos of Irene

Happy Tuesday Everybody!

Irene is history but dere is still so many peoples and animals left in her destructive path who still need our donations, thoughts and prayers.
Puleeze do what ever you can to help dems!

As I said before we was lucky and did not have any damage to our house from Irene. Here are a few fotos and a short video of how it was at my house on Sunday...

Hey Mom! What is going on outside today?  It sounds like a really bad storm.
Da back door is open so can we go out onto da porch and look?
(note from mom: Our house faces north, all the weather was coming from the northeast then the northwest so the back porch was protected and proved to be a great spot to watch the weather!)

OoH It looks skeery!
What do you think dad?
Mom I has to do my busyness now...
...but I am not so sure I wants to go out into dat and do it!

Here is a short video of our visit from Irene, it was like dis all day Sunday from da early morning to early evening.
Da rain stopped just after dark but da wind didn't stop until after midnight!
Woofs and Licks,
Maggie Mae

PeeS One of our furiends crossed da bridge yesterday
Mayzie lost her sweet kitteh brudder

Puleeze go and visit Mayzie, Brudder Ranger and dere mom and dad to let dem know you is thinkin' 'bouts dem.

  16. We too were very sad to hear about Cap'n Ripley. It must be very hard to lose a beloved furry so quickly. We sent Mayzie some kind thoughts yesterday.

You were so lucky with that nasty storm. With all those beautiful and big trees you have there, it is amazing they are all standing. We hope all the peeps affected by Irene will be OK.
