Max and me is goin' on a little blog break.
Mom is leaving for NOLA today and her won't be back until next weekend.
Mom is going down to visit friends in Metarie and ride on a float in a parade on Fat Tuesday!
Dad is stayin' home cuz him has to work, so we is gonna have our furiend Jess hang out wif us durin' da day.
So don't be worried if you don't hear from us fur a few days.

OMD OMD... your mom will be on one of the Floats????
My mom and dad were down there one year and they got INVITED to attend the KING's Feast for one of the Floats... OMD OMD a ONCE IN A LIFETIME EXPERIENCE... It was WONDERFUL fur them. THE Food was OUTSTANDING and it was all just unbelievable for them.
Your mom will get to go to that too.. can't wait to hear all about it. OMD OMD OMD I am ALL EXCITED.. somebuddy to share this experience with.

You mom gets to RIDE on a float? Wow! She must be very impawtant. They only lets impawtant peoples ride on floats, you know.

Hey Maggie-Mae... You should look at our blog post with the title "Operation Send Lily On Vacation." Scroll down to the bottom picture. Doesn't that dog Lily is standing with look a little like you? And we think her name may actually BE Maggie-Mae... but we're not sure because Lily can never remember other dogs' names!
