Cleanin' Up After Irene

Hello Everybodys! 

A few weeks ago mom was gonna go and help wif da clean up after Irene and Lee came through New York but dat trip didn't happen but her is goin' today.

 Hey Mom, what is all of dis stuff in da garage?

 OoH look you gots a bucket, sponges, bleach, work gloves, masks, storage bins, cleaning supplies and lots more!

 Is you gonna go help some people today? 

 Mom is meetin' peoples at her church, loadin' up our pick-up, her calls it "Big Daddy", wif tools and even more supplies like hammers, crowbars, shovels, sledgehammers, rakes and headin' to
 Sko-Harry County, NY 
to helps da people who live dere clean up.

 Bye Mom, I will see you when you get home tonight

I guess I will go and see what Jack is doin' maybe he will hang out wif me today!

Because mom was busy yesterday, is away today AND her is busy on Sunday,
I am not able to visit wif many furiends dis weekend but 

mom made sure I have my Sunday Smile post all ready to go so come back tomorrow to watch da video.

It was Clean up after Irene day at my house on Monday

Wow look at all da sticks, branches and leaves in da yard mom!

Hey here is a BIG one!

Hey Mom! 

Do you wants me to put dis big branch in da pile fur you?

I am strong! I can do it by myself!

 Mom and dad was really hopin' dat Irene would bring dis tree down, but it didn't happen. :(

OoH look our neighbor needed da firemens to pump out her basement.

 OK mom, I gathered up 87 tons of branches, now it is up to you to gets rid of dems!

 C'mom mom, breaks over! 

 Dis is mom's new favorite toy, it is a wood chipper! 

Her says it is like a food processor on steroids! 

 *Sigh* I wish I could use it but Nooooo.....

 Hey dad! 

Mom is running out out of stuffs to chip!

 Now where did HE go....

 Hurry dad, let's go and gets more sticks fur mom! 

It took us all day but we got it done!
