Introducing Our Furiend

Hello Everybuddy!

Max and me is here today to introduce all of you to a blogger furiend of ours. His name is Stig and he is a boxer dog just like us! 
Casey and Cinderella all ready knows him but we wants ALL of our furiends in Blogville get to know him too. 

Tada....Dis is him! 

Stig lives in Kelowna, BC, Canada.

 Hey Sam and Pippen is dat anywheres near you?

His blog is called Serious Stig and it is filled wif all sorts of fun!

Stig is a kerazy kracker dog when it comes to playin' wif his furiends...

and after playin' Stig can naps like an Olympic champion!

Stig is also a very snazzy dresser...

(very handsome too, don't you think so ladies?)

...and him sure knows how to strike a pose.

 We just know dat all of youz will like him just as much as we does.

Explaining Our Absence

Hello Every Buddy!

It is us Maggie Mae and Max and we is FINALLY able to come back to Blogville!  We has been away so long and we has missed all of you so very much. 
So much has happened while we has been gone but we want you to know dat we never furgots any of you and we has been tryin' our best to keep up wif all da excitements and sadness dat has happened. 
We have rejoiced and we have grieved wif all of you.

The past few months have been most busy and difficult fur me and Max but we want to let you know what has kept us from bein' here wif all of you.

Just before our mom deserted me Max and dad and went to New Orleans to have all sorts of fun her started not feelin' well.  When her gots back, her still didn't feel well so a couple of weeks later after dad and her sisters pestered her FINALLY went to her hooman doctor, who did lots of tests and said her better go to a anudder doctor called a

GastserEnterOwlOgist so maybe him could help figure out what is wrong wif our mom.

Anyhoo, after lots of test and procedures and $$$ and yada yada yada... all her doctors STILL don't know what is wrong wif her BUT da skeery cancer has been ruled out and so has some other not so nice stuff so dat is a good thing. 
Mom is still seein' lots of doctors so hopefully soon SOMEONE will be able to tell us what it is dat is makin' her feel so yucky.  
Our mom has felt yucky and tired fur such a loooong time now so her has not had da energy or desire to helps us wif my blog so dat is why we has been away AND when her has felt good her days fill up fast wif all da other stuff dat her hasn't been able to do so helpin' wif my blog is STILL not a priority fur her...da nerve!

BUT her has been havin' some good days lately so I said to her:

Hey Mom, by now most of our Blogville furiends must think dat Max and me has run away and joined da circus or somethin' so can you PULEEZE helps me wif my blog to get da word out to every buddy dat we is still here and let dem all knows why we has been away fur so long?

Her said yes and here we is back wif all of you!

Like I said before mom has good days and bad days so we prolly won't be able to post on a regular basis yet but we hope to be able to visit more of you each day. 
Don't worry cuz I, Nurse Maggie Mae, will continue to take good care of our mom and Max will continue to be a big help too by doin' all sorts of goofy stuffs dat makes mom laugh.

We has even entered a few of da events in da Blogville Olympics

So look fur us dere too!

It's Mardi Gras Time

Hello Everybody!

Max and me is goin' on a little blog break.  

Mom is leaving for NOLA today and her won't be back until next weekend. 

Mom is going down to visit friends in Metarie and ride on a float in a parade on Fat Tuesday!

Dad is stayin' home cuz him has to work, so we is gonna have our furiend Jess hang out wif us durin' da day.  

So don't be worried if you don't hear from us fur a few days.

A Surprise Fur Us

Da man who drives da big brown truck came to our house yesterday and him left me and Max sumptin',  come wif me and I will show you whats we got.

I don't know Maggie Mae, but I sure hope mom opens them up soon.

well then Maggie Mae, I guess that leaves me with this one to like best.

Time fur a nap now, we must make sure these beds are suitable fur sleepin' in...

PeeS Two of our good furiends had surgery yesterday.

Lily (knee) and Ernie (neutering, dew claws removed and a bump removed) we is sendin' you both extra boxer puppy prayers,  puleeze get better soon.
