Mom and me entered a recipe in da baked goods contest and we won a ribbon...

Here is da recipe fur da Banana Oatmeal bars
Ingredients:
• 3 cups rolled oats (don't use quick cooking oatmeal, mom did this once and it didn't turn out so good)
• 1 1/4 cups all-purpose flour
• 2 eggs
• 1/4 cup vegetable oil (next time mom makes these fur me her is gonna use unsweetened applesauce instead of the oil)
• 1/2 cup honey
• 1/2 milk
• 2 bananas, peeled and mashed (Mom likes to use really ripe bananas in this recipe because her thinks there is more flavor. )
Directions:
Preheat your oven to 325 degrees
Grease or spray PAM in a 9.5 x 14 pan
In a bowl mix the oil, honey, milk, eggs and bananas
Add dry ingredients in gradually mixing lightly each time to incorporate 3 times should do it
Spread mixture in the pan and bake for about 25 minutes
After the pan cools off cut into 2" squares
For an added special treat, frost da bars with peanut budders....yum!
Don't furgets to store dem in da fridgerdator OR you can freeze dem too!
